Returns/Refunds
Of course, we want you to love your new piece! If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days to notify us from the date the shipment is delivered, and you have 7 days to send the pieces once an approval returned confirmation email is sent from us. The piece must be unworn and in their original condition. We pride our self to make one-of-a-kind pieces and for our pieces to safely arrival to its destination.
Refund will be issued in the original form the purchase was made. Please allow 3-5 days once a refund email confirmation is sent.
Shipping costs are not refundable at this moment.
Justy Esther is not responsible for return shipping or lost package. If returning, please provide a tracking number for you returned product. Once your product is received, we’ll start processing your refund. If you have any question, please contact us.
